Gerard Gruber, CFP®
Gerard Gruber is a seasoned financial planner with over two decades of expertise in the industry. As a Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Gerard is deeply committed to guiding clients through life’s most important financial decisions with insight and care. His journey into financial planning began from personal experience—facing early family health issues and the financial challenges tied to this sparked a determination to master his craft and help others achieve success.
Driven by a genuine desire to make a positive difference, Gerard built his career on a foundation of professionalism, deep industry knowledge and a reputation for honest advice. He values strong family bonds and believes the best financial plans start with listening and understanding what matters most to each client. Gerard’s warmth and dedication shine through in every relationship, helping clients feel confident, supported and secure as they pursue their goals.
Gerard received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Western Connecticut State University. He is registered as a General Securities Rep and agent holding several licenses through the Financial Regulatory Authority (FINRA). Outside of work, Gerard spends most of his time with his son’s activities. He also values health and wellness. Golf, tennis and skiing are among his favorite pursuits, reflecting his commitment to a balanced and active lifestyle.

Alan L. Fernandes
Alan Fernandes serves as the Senior Vice President and Wealth Manager for Harbor West where he combines industry expertise with a client-first approach. He plays a key role in researching financial, investment and retirement strategies while ensuring every client benefits from a tailored and seamless experience.
Alan holds the Series 7, Series 66, SIE and Connecticut Life and Health licenses underscoring his commitment to professional excellence. Before joining Harbor West, he built his career at M&T Bank specializing in financial planning and developing solutions for individual clients and businesses. He also gained valuable experience as Licensed Investment Associate at People’s Securities Inc.
A graduate of Southern New Hampshire University with a degree in Finance, Alan couples his professional expertise with a passion for personal growth. He is a strong advocate for self-care and practices daily meditation. In his free time Alan enjoys reading, working out, and playing golf. As a devoted family man living in Trumbull, CT with his wife and son, Alan does admit his guilty pleasure—watching professional wrestling.

Wendy G. Sincuir
Wendy is a dedicated insurance professional and manages client relationships with Harbor West Wealth Management – Financial Planning. She excels in providing expert life insurance guidance, helping clients safeguard their financial futures and secure protection for their loved ones. Known for her compassionate and personalized approach, Wendy builds strong, trusting relationships with clients by understanding their unique needs and delivers customized financial and insurance solutions. Her insurance certifications and licensing, including Notary Public, complement her commitment to comprehensive client support, making her a trusted advisor in both insurance and client service.
Prior to joining Harbor West, she worked for ProAthlete Financial. She was the Business and Financial Manager that served professional athletes. Wendy earned her degree from Berkeley College. For over 13 years Wendy is a Boxing/MMA Inspector for the New York State Athletic Commission. Wendy has a love for cooking and baking. She currently lives in Norwalk, CT with her two sons Julian, Kaydenn and their French bulldog, Dior.
